Berry Blast With Mango - Skin Brightening Smoothie

Berries bring big beautifying benefits for your skin. They are full of antioxidant compounds that neutralize damaging free radicals that lead to skin cell damage and premature skin aging.


1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Mango (chopped)
2-3 Pitted Dates
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt


Place all the ingredients in a blender and whirl until completely smooth. Serve immediately and sip your way to berry induced bliss.
